GlamourGals interns are college students who develop and learn professional skills while assisting the GG National staff in marketing, event planning, project management, communications, research, and writing. Each GG intern is given the opportunity to participate in multiple aspects of the organization, but will spearhead at least one project. Internship Openings.

GlamourGals has openings for general interns for spring, summer, and fall semesters. College students can apply for a general internship by emailing a cover letter and resume to Contact@GlamourGals.org. Please indicate which semester you are applying for. -Our fall internship runs from mid-September through the end of December. Our spring internship runs from mid-February through the end of May.  Additionally, our summer internship runs from mid-May through the mid-August.

GlamourGals is looking for creative and passionate people who are interested in making a difference in the lives of teens and the elderly. Students should have: -Experience or interest in nonprofit work, social services, community organizing, volunteer outreach, youth development, or issues facing the elderly. -A desire to work as an integral part of a small, dedicated team. -Excellent communication skills including email writing, speaking, and telephone etiquette. -Attention to detail and organizational skills. -The ability to meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment both as part of a team and independently. -Initiative and a sense of ownership of their work. -Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive. Interns should be located in the New York Metro Area and be available to come to the GlamourGals office (located in Manhattan) for at least a few hours a week.
