What is Outreach?

Outreach programs solve real-world problems by linking people to Cornell's rich resources. Students, faculty, and staff share their expertise and energy with schools, businesses, government, community organizations, individuals, and families.

The Outreach We Do

Lost Ladybug Project

Cornell scientists have enlisted kids in a nationwide hunt for ladybugs. Photos sent in will help them understand why some, like New York's nine-spotted ladybug, have become extremely rare while others have flourished.

Integrated Pest Management

Socially acceptable, environmentally responsible and economically practical crop protection for all who live and work in New York
